We offer two types of shipping:

7,99£ – Express (usually within 1-2 working days)

About specific products
30 days (1 packet each day)
We recommend mixing Vit c with water, due to very strong natural falvour. You can also add lemon to your water and mix with sachet.
But feel free to experiment with whatever works best for your liking.
You start with 1/2 of sachet and then after one month you can take full sachet a day.
We recommend only mixing Vitamine C with water (or water with lemon). Other products you put under your tongue.
